The hotel had a cozy and basic room, although a bit dated, it was very clean and comfortable. The service was warm and friendly, with staff going the extra mile to assist. Upon my arrival, I was excited to check-in, but to my disappointment, my room wasn't ready until 3 pm. When I finally got access to my room, I noticed it hadn't been cleaned properly. Additionally, there were issues with the ceiling from the room above leaking, which was not a pleasant sight for new arrivals in this state of disarray.
